Abstract

This paper is a review of the competition regime works of various authors, published under the auspices of the University of the Hemispheres and the Corporation for Studies and Publications. Analyzes the structure, the general concepts, case law taken for development. Includes comments on the usefulness of this work for the study of competition law and the contribution to the lawyers who want to practice in this branch of economic law.

Abogado por la Universidad Católica de Santiago de Guayaquil (mejor graduado de la promoción 2006), Diplomado Superior en Propiedad Intelectual por la misma Universidad, Especialista en Contratación Pública y Control Gubernamental por la Universidad de Guayaquil. Seminarios internacionales de Derecho Administrativo en la Universidad Austral (Argentina). Publicaciones en la Revista de Derecho Público de la UCSG. Se desempeño como abogado en el Municipio de Guayaquil, ASTINAVE, Municipio de Daule y actualmente es Director Jurídico de la UNA-MAGAP. Miembro del Estudio Jurídico Guevara & González.
